Profile Blog Sites

A profile blog site helps you gain credibility through sharing of knowledge. You can gain customer loyalty and increase your own profile in your area of expertise - and importantly rank highly on search engines on keywords and topic matters that you choose.

The blog system displays blog posts, twitter updates and updates Facebook with your latest activity. It also displays Youtube videos and FlickR images in the sidebar, as well as all a personal bio and all available methods to contact an agent.

On the homepage, website visitors will see the latest blog posts organised in a list as excerpts with the most current displayed at the top of the page. Users can also find your browse your posts by clicking on keyword tags or article categories of your choosing.



Profile Blog Sites - showcase your properties

As part of our package, we've included facilities such as a Feature Property in the sidebar. The Feature Property includes an image (optional image slideshows are avaiable on request), bedroom, bathroom and parking icons, price and a link to the property on your website for further information. Simply choose a property to feature from one of your listings in our iDashboard software and you're off and away! When multiple feature properties have been selected, it simply displays the most recent one.

Another great feature to help market your properties with Social Media is the "Real Estate" tab - clicking on this presents the user with all of an Agency's property listings! For those who would prefer a more formal search facility - we provide access to this using a link to the main agency website.



Social Media Hub - master controls for your social identity

Our hub allows agents to create an account, add in their contact information, load a personal profile photo and enter in all of the details for their Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, FlickR and YouTube. Once an account has been created with these details, the account holder can now use it as a great all-in-one software application to manage all Social activities online from the one location.

All of the key information entered updates our profile blog system with contact details, photos and bio text as well as agency website addresses and more.

Accounts can be self managed, or managed by an allocated department within your Real Estate group.



Social Media Hub - writing, editing and moderating content

Using the simple interface, account holders can navigate through the tabs and write or edit Blog posts, view and moderate comments on each, and delete old posts.

Working in a similar fashion, tweets can be created from the Twitter tab. The most recent tweets are displayed at the top of the screen, and all tweets are shown with time and date stamp. Users may delete tweets if required.

The FlickR pages offers creation and deletion of photos on the account, as well as the creation of photo albums to which photos can be assigned. All photos are neatly presented on the page offering a sound snapshot of what 's on your account.



Social Media Hub - SEO and Analytics

In the edit account tab, advanced users may go in an edit META keywords, META content and Page Title text to help improve SEO rankings. The keywords and content provided here offer search engines an indication of the type of material shown on your blog profile site and can greatly improve rankings. This is an important feature, especially once combined with well written, frequent blog posts that contain similar keywords - keywords that are relevant to your areas of speciality and services you provide.

Success of individual's profiles can be monitored with the Google Analytics tab. Clicking this provides a snapshot of the current month's activity on your site - showing the total page views, total visitors and average time spent on the site.

You can view the statistics for other months by clicking through the forward / backward style navigation provided.
