SMS - integrated into iDashboard Contacts

iDashboard's SMS service is integrated neatly into its Contacts database.

Within Contacts, simply search for a contact using the left hand search utility or view recent contacts underneath it. Once you've selected your contact, look up to the top right hand corner of the main toolbar. Amongst the general options is the Send SMS button.

Click it to reveal a popup box with your SMS master controls. Simply type in your message and you're nearly set. You are even alerted to the amount of characters remaining until the SMS will have to be sent as 2 messages. Then it's simply a matter of hitting send!

Send automatic buyer match SMS, or property alerts to groups from the Real Estate section

The SMS service can also be found in the Real Estate section of iDashboard. When you enter a Property, click the same Send SMS button at the top right hand corner and the SMS box appears - complete with the property address pre-populated in your message and with a list of buyer matches pre-selected. This service is also perfect for inspection and auction alerts.

A powerful facility that's included is send to group function. Simply click the radio button and select a group of contacts from your database. These include Tenants, Vendors, Buyers, First Home Buyers and many many more - including custom groups you have pre-defined in iDashboard.

When you select a group, the number of SMS recipients is displayed, and the calculated cost of the bulk SMS transmission is displayed.

Buy SMS credits in bulk through iDashboard

iDashboard shows you how much credit you have left remaining in your account. Don't have enough for your next bulk SMS transmission? Easy, simply click the Buy More link and you are directed to the iDashboard SMS shopping cart area.

Representing great value, you can buy SMS credits in allotments of 300, 1200 or 4000.

Once you're happy with the quantity you've selected, you can proceed to the iDashboard checkout section and purchase them with credit card through our secure gateway. Your credits are instantly accessible and you can SMS away!
