Publish your property the moment you create it

Within the Real Estate tab of iDashboard is where users view, create and edit Property Listings. After creating a new property listing or while editing an existing one, click on the Publishing link at the top right hand side of the screen.

A Publishing settings box appears, giving control over Publishing date, whether it's a Featured or Prestige property on your website, and all of the real estate portals it should be submitted to.

Properties that have been sold or not on the market anymore can be unpublished. You are offered the ability to publish immediately rather than schedule it, though it is best to double check all of your property data is correct first.

Monitor the status of your listings online

On the default Summary screen of any property listing is a quick snapshot view of where your property is currently published. It displays the portals it has successfully been published to, and portals where it has been rejected. It's also displays your listing's unique property ID that has been assigned to it on each and every portal. It helps to have this ID at hand if your clients ever ask how to find a property directly on a given website.

It's easy to remedy most portal rejections - it's usually due to an ommission in a field required by a website, e.g a property Suburb. For instances such as these, we have provided a handy link that contains all of the remedies for the most common problems.
