Create your property listing
The first step to building professional marketing material in iDashboard is to enter in all of your property listing details as carefully and accurately as you can. Be sure to add in a great, well worded description, a catchy heading and all of it's features in the Features area.
The next step is property images. The more the better - our standard templates accept up to four images. Again, the best results are achieved when you use high quality images - the main image in our templates is very large and looks fantastic with good imagery.
When all of your property data's in, you select the Marketing tab above the property you are editing.
It's Marketing Time
In the Marketing tab, you can select the type of material you'd like to create from a drop down box. These can include window cards, brochures, invitations, mailbox droppers in a range of different sizes, layouts and formats.
Once you've selected a style of printed material you're after, you can choose a template. The templates available are designed and supplied according to your preference when your agency subscribes to iDashboard.
How you use this is really up to your imagination. Print out any item you need on demand - set it up to print only the quantity you need (rather than runs of 500 at your local printer) saving paper and expensive printer toner. What's more, it's so easy anyone in your agency can do it.
Enjoy the results
All you have to do now is press "Generate PDF". In just a moment you'll have a professional PDF file that you can distribute as you like. With your marketing collateral generated as PDF files, you can either print them or email out items to your customer base.
Get some glossy paper, thicker card stock or just plain A4 reflex and enjoy the results - these really do look great when printed.
Many use the Marketing Card system to generate window cards. You can set it up so you print 2 properties for 1 A4 page - simply cut the page in two and present them on your front window.
Otherwise you can reap the rewards by taking advantage of the many other available options - your Buyers and Vendors will be impressed when they see what you're sending out in the mail.
