eStationery is Email Stationery in an instant. Your agency staff can easily standardise on it's email stationery today.

As a starting point, all you need to do is contact iProperty and discuss a new or existing email design you'd like implemented.

We can design new stationery for you or convert existing HTML email stationery and prepare it so that individuals can have their details automatically updated on it.

We set it all up, and all that's left for you and your staff to do is to simply go to www.estationery.com.au and sign up, or log in.

Individuals and Staff load in their personal details

When you create an account for the first time, you are required to enter in some basic details about yourself - just your full name and contact information.

You may add further details later or upload a vCard from your computer if you have one.

This information forms the basis for your new email stationery - when all of your details are in, the eStationery automatically adds or removes fields in the footer of the email to include all of the contact you've supplied into the email template.

eStationery does it all for you and prepares a downloadable email template you can use straight away. It even adds a personal photo if that has been created as part of the email template!

Select from a template and download

Select a template from the store. Whatever templates have been pre-arranged for your corporate account are available to see as a grid of image thumbnails.

You can see a large preview by clicking on any of the thumbnails. In the preview window you'll also become familiar to the types of information displayed in your stationery.

Once you've gone through and adjusted any personal information, you can check the "Order Template" checkbox underneath any stationery you would like to download.

Downloading the stationery is simply a matter of placing an order in the right hand menu and following the prompts. Your stationery will then be emailed to you once it's ready! It’s simple enough for everyone to use.
