Build amazing Property eMagazines in iDashboard

Create a new eMag

Click the “New Magazine or Newsletter Series” link at the top of the Campaigns page in iDashboard, and select the magazine template option.

Select an emag template. Note: your office may have one standard template, or multiple templates. If you would like a custom template made for a specific purpose, please contact us.

Fill out the name of the eMag in the ‘Name’ field, a brief description of it and the ‘From Address’ that recipients will see when they receive your eMag in their email.

Add properties, magazine edition name, and a cover image

Now for the fun part! Building a unique and fantastic looking property eMag is very simple. First of all, underneath the Cover Image heading, simply click on "Select Image" to add a great looking property image from your own portfolio as the background graphic on the cover.

Then it's a matter of adding in properties. Every property you add creates a double-page spread in the magazine, with it's own photo gallery page, property details, pricing, and sales agent information. It's all imported from iDashboard automatically - so all you have to do is select the listing you want. Click "Add Property" and you'll be shown a property search box to help you narrow down your portfolio and find the best properties for the magazine.

From there, it's as simple as ticking the checkboxes next to each property you want and hitting "Add Selected". When you're ready, you can press "Save eMag" and it's ready for broadcasting.

Broadcast it!

The eMag can either be published to a location on your website, or sent out to contacts via email.

When sending out eMags by email, you can either add contacts individually or you can create a recurring, automated emag with email notification ot a group of subscribers.

Adding contacts to your subscribers list is easy - you can import them in from existing iDashboard groups such as Buyers or Renters, or bring subscribers in from those who opted in on your website. This automated campaign functionality really is extremely powerful.
