Homepage

On the homepage of our apartment building portals, buyers and vendors can use an range of power search tools to find the building or apartment they are looking for. Searches can be performed by selecting a building name from the list of buildings you manage, as well as by entering requirements such as suburb, building height, keyword, unit features, unit price and more.

Also included is a powerful map search function. Once clicked, the user is directed to a page displaying a large Google Map containing all of the buildings in your portfolio. Beneath are 3 columns displaying image thumbnails, building name and street address - with a paginated view so that you can scroll through this data seperately./p>

The homepage also displays a featured building - with a heading, description area and large photo of the building. In addition there's latest apartments in your portfolio that have been entered, news blog posts and a list of handy website links in the right hand column.

Building Search Results

After a user has performed a search on the homepage, the apartments system presents a list of matching buildings as search results. Included on each result is a large building image, a quick description of the building along with building name and suburb. We've tried to cater for most needs with our default layout, however if you need something out of the ordinary - try us out, chances are we've done what you've asked before and our prices are very competitive.

On the right hand column are user login options - you may sign up or an account holder may log in to an existing account. Once logged in, further options become available - including the ability to view a list of previously bookmarked properties. Underneatth the log in area is a refine search feature, allowing website visitors to narrow down their search results down to something more appropriate for their requirements.

Building Details Page

After clicking a search result, you are presented with a building details page. The very first thing a visitor will notice is an impressive, visually appealing layout and building photo slideshow. Image thumbnails are provided so that the user can quickly change the main photo view.

Also presented on the page is a range of handy tools to discover more about an apartment building - these include a map view, commercial buildings for sale in the building, apartments for sale in a building and a sales history tab (requires user login).

After reading the property information and browsing through the available apartments for sale, one may click a result to read more about an individual apartment in the building. Alternatively, one can scroll through all of the sold property information in the building in order to make comparisons and informed purchase decisions.

Apartments Details Page

The apartments view shows standard benchmark property information - a description, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and carparks as well as a property features breakout box.

Underneath the image slideshow are a range of tools including the facility to change the photo, print a brochure, share the property on social media sites and bookmark the property (adding it into your bookmarked list.)

Sales agents are easily contacted, with a mobile phone number, landline and email form placed neatly beside an their photo.

Aiding with the navigability of the site, is a "return to search results link" at the top of the page, as well as a "view more apartments" button at the bottom of the property description - meaning website visitors never feel stuck or lost in the website.
